The Great Sacacanda Lake Camp Nestled in a forest of magnificent tall pines, 157 feet of private beach adorn this Adirondack beauty. 40-foot of dock with 10 foot by 10 foot floating deck. Bring your motorboat or use the two kayaks provided. This secluded camp puts you on one of New York State's finest Adirondack lakes. The Great Sacandaga Lake affords 30 miles of summer fun and recreational activities, in addition to being a relaxing getaway. Boat to restaurants, night clubs, or one of the several islands. A very popular boaters' destination is Sand Island for a boater's picnic, relaxing on the beach or the fireworks. Fully-furnished in Adirondack motif, this camp is decorated in a mountain theme including; canoe, moose, and bear designs. The camp is newly remodeled throughout with a modern kitchen and clean electric heat. A queen futon, double bed, and two bunk beds, sleep 6 people. A rollaway and couch can make a tight 8. 25 minutes to Saratoga racetrack and 20 minutes to Lake George village. Try boating, kayaking, and canoeing from a private cove on a large lake. Restaurants, gift shops, and small quaint stores are accesible by water or by car. Fishing: This Adirondack lake is well-stocked with rainbow trout, has one of the largest walleye populations in the northeast, and has broken numerous New York State records for northern pike. This is also a favored bass tournament location. Rental Rates: Summer season: $1095 per week. Week begins Saturday at 3PM and ends the following Saturday at 11AM. $500 due upon reservation. Remaining $595 balance and $250 security deposit are due two weeks before rental period. Early and late season: April 15th - June 15th and September 10th - October 30th: $175 per night (2 night minimum) or $1095 per week. Two kayaks no charge; small fully equipped motor boat available at $45 per day or $195 per week.      This is a great vacation place for couples or families. Those that stay ask to come back.
